Scope

These terms apply to all orders placed through this store.

Contract

The presentation of goods is not a binding offer. By placing an order you make a binding offer; the contract is concluded when we confirm the order or dispatch the goods.

Prices and payment

All prices are final prices in euro; shipping is added at checkout. Payment is due on ordering. Goods are dispatched from Germany.

What we sell

We sell premium entry doors — steel security doors, aluminium entry doors, doors with glazed side panels and a premium glazed entrance, with the smart keypad locks, video doorbell, designer handles, seals, threshold and letterbox to go with them. The build, the security and the installation needs are stated on each listing for a permanent entry element.

Installation & security safety

An entry door is a security and weather element and must be installed by a specialist into a sound, square opening, fixed to the structure as the maker specifies, and sealed and weatherproofed all round — a door's security and insulation performance only holds if it is fitted correctly, plumb and square. Keep to the stated size and handing, use the specified fixings, and have the locking and seals adjusted on fitting. A smart lock or door is also an electrical device: keep a mechanical key or override, change the batteries in good time, and don't rely on it alone. Doors are heavy and a two-person job to handle. CE marked where applicable.
